Position Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – PAM Implementation

Role Purpose:

As a PAM Implementation Specialist, you will drive the successful deployment of Privileged Access

Management (PAM) solutions within our organization. Collaborating closely with our Identity and

Access Management team, you will design, develop, and deliver CyberArk custom connectors for CPM and PSM components, ensuring robust security measures for privileged accounts. Your expertise will contribute to safeguarding critical assets and enhancing our overall cybersecurity posture.

Collaborate with businesses to develop Privileged Identity Management (PIM) strategies, architectures, and implementation plans within the digital platform.

Define technical and business requirements for Privileged Identity Management solutions. o Configure and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) products. o Good knowledge of cloud security tools of Azure and GCP. o Design and develop of CyberArk custom connectors for password and session management components.

Design and develop APIs for automation frameworks.

Interact with customers, team members, and onshore consultants to address implementation issues.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology

Qualification and Experience:

Proficient in the CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Suite.

Demonstrate expert-level experience in deploying, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting the CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite: o Enterprise Password Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, Privileged Session Manager Proxy, Application Access Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics and Conjur.

Responsible for design and develop CyberArk CPM and PSM custom connectors for various applications, including both web and thick client-based systems. Responsible for administering privileged user accounts across Windows and UNIX systems using CyberArk components.

Possess strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration. o Successfully integrated various platforms with CyberArk, including Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, networking devices, middleware, and various secrets and keys.

Proficiently troubleshoot CyberArk PAS suite and redesigned existing CPM and PSM custom connectors for seamless integration.

Perform day-to-day Privileged Identity Management (CyberArk) support operations.

Utilize CyberArk Web Service APIs, SDK, PowerShell, and PACLI.

Operate within a 24x7 PIM operational environment. o Deployed and configured Multifactor Authenticators (such as Azure MFA). o Exposure to managing privileged accounts within Azure and GCP cloud services, as well as DevOps practices for maintaining CyberArk infrastructure. o Expert in maintaining system hygiene, including password compliance. o Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats. o Experience with ticketing systems, Active Directory, Security information and event management, identity and access management, and SNMP based alerting.

Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for managing secrets and tokens. o Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Equivalent Degree.

5-8 years of overall IT experience, with a preference for Cybersecurity. o 5+ years of work experience supporting CyberArk PAS Suite/Infrastructure, specializing in the deployment and implementation of Privileged Access Management using the CyberArk solution for large-scale customers.

Understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems.

CyberArk Platform certification is preferred. o Experience with human versus non-human (service) accounts, as well as Azure and GCP Cloud platforms.

Self-motivated, confident, and reliable. o Ability to assume ownership, take responsibility, and manage projects to completion.

Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.

Proficient in documenting installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.

Hands-on experience in programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) is preferable.

Familiarity with Windows/UNIX platforms in a large heterogeneous environment. o Understanding of typical Enterprise Incident/Change Management processes.
