Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Administrative Support professional to join our team.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing filing systems to supporting our sales team.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service.

Manage office filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.

Assist with written and verbal communications, including drafting emails and reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Utilize Excel to maintain databases and produce reports.

Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.

Perform other administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks.

Qualifications: Proven experience in Administrative Support, Administrative Assistant, Office Support, Office Assistant, Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Sales Coordinator roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High level of flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel, with experience managing databases and producing reports.

Experience managing filing systems, with the ability to maintain accurate and easily retrievable documents.

Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
