Overseeing the arrangement of displayed bakery items to encourage customer interest and purchases.

Ongoing training of the staff to ensure the quality of the bakery items produced.

Addressing the customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Creating suitable work schedules for staff members.

Overseeing the inventory of stock.

Assuring the proper usage and ongoing maintenance of the bakery equipment.

Developing and implementing advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Requirements: & Completion of Secondary School is required.

& Minimum one year of experience working as a supervisor in a retail industry is required.

& Post secondary education in the field of the study is an asset.
