In this role, you will…

proactively develop and implement indirect procurement strategies for business services with focus on IT&Consulting.

be responsible for competitive bidding via our E-sourcing tool ARIBA, contract negotiations and establishment of service contracts and performance based agreements.

assure in-depth knowledge of global markets by using all available sources and tools.

be accountable for the supplier performance review, feedback process and supplier development programs.

be consolidating the current supplier base to improve the performance on the total cost of ownership.

be defining and setting up relevant purchasing channels in Ariba Guided Buying including the creation and maintenance of e-catalogues.

maintain relationships with strategic vendors and Managed Service Providers.

About you

We are looking for a procurement professional, ideally with a university degree, with some years of experience as an IT buyer. A bonus would be experience in sales in the relevant categories, but it is not a must have. Experience with Ariba and SAP SRM are key. Your language skills in German and English are on business level. You are a passionate and persuasive person with strong analytical and communication skills. You enjoy working independently and taking over responsibility. Last but not least, you are a team player.

Our offer

We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 70.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
