Purpose of the Role

As a Store Manager at Aesop Canberra, you will be responsible for driving the success of Canberra's only Aesop space alongside your team and Assistant Store Manager.

Aesop Canberra is a high-profile space that has a long history of attracting tourists visiting ACT and, local Aesop customers who love and breathe the iconic brand.

To be successful in this role, you will nurture, train and upskill your team and, identify key areas of opportunity for your business by collaborating with your Retail Business Manager who is based in NSW.

What we are looking for

Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment

Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment

History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment

Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships

Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
