About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

Manage the month end process, full cycle accounting and financial transactions

Support the completion of monthly financial statements related to monthly and quarterly reporting

Organize customer invoices and support in the monthly reconciliation

Support customer statements on a monthly basis for outstanding balances

Support workforce management by tracking headcount movements and departmental allocation

Support Business unit managers with forecasting and budgeting

Organize management reports and execute performance analysis

Process new improvements to increase work efficiency

Perform and support on special projects and ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

Bachelorâ s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

At least 2-3 years of experience

Currently pursuing CPA Designation

Organized, detail oriented, and good time management

Strong full cycle accounting skills

Excellent communication skills- both oral and written

Professional and respectful

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Great Plains (ideal)
