O.D. Roll Grinder

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Sets-up and operates O.D. Roll Grinding machines as directed.

Review work instructions and/or blueprints to understand specifications of work scope.

Dresses grinding wheels and grinds customer parts with wheels and belts.

Inspects all finished work with company approved inspection techniques and equipment.

Maintains proper coolant concentrations and levels of coolant tanks.

Cleans coolant tanks as required.

Completes all required routine (daily/weekly) preventative maintenance as directed.

Keeps work area within department cleaned daily.

Moves or coordinates movements of finished work to next step of the process as directed on the job ticket.

Any task assigned by supervisor or management.
