Responsibilities:

Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion

Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain accurate records

Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations

Manage correspondence and communications effectively

Assist in data management and reporting as required

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years of medical office experience

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
