Job Description
Our Fort Worth investment management client is seeking a Workday HCM business analyst for a 6 month engagement. Hybrid. The role involves supporting compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management with a focus on Workday HCM integrations. As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with business process flows, business analysis, case tools, and transformation, utilizing your expertise in Workday HCM.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation and management of Workday HCM integrations such as EIB and Workday Studio.
• Analyze and interpret business process functions and requirements for the company.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide the design and implementation of solutions.
• Work closely with the HRIS team to manage the Workday HRIS system and ensure it aligns with business needs.
• Oversee the implementation of HRIS Payroll Systems and manage any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure Workday HCM supports the company's reward strategy.
• Utilize database management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow.
• Create reports using HRIS reporting tools to meet the data needs of the business.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM modules
• Experience in Gap Analysis
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document
• Knowledge in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Ability to create HRIS reports
• Experience in HRIS Implementation
• Familiarity with HRIS Payroll System
• Understanding of Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures
