Responsibilities and Job Details:

Deliver comprehensive instruction in reading, science, and math, either virtually or onsite.

Craft dynamic lesson plans tailored to students' individual needs and learning preferences.

Foster collaboration among colleagues to ensure a holistic educational experience.

Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adapt teaching methodologies accordingly.

Provide support to students with diverse backgrounds and learning requirements.

Experience:

Preferably, a minimum of two years of teaching experience within a general education setting.

Prior experience in virtual teaching is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and experience working with students with disabilities is beneficial.

Education:

All candidates must possess a valid teaching certification in Virginia.

For literacy coaches, an English or Reading Specialist certification is required.

For Math coaches, a Mathematics endorsement is necessary.

For Science instructors, a Science endorsement is mandatory.

A Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.

Job Specifics:

Full-time position, encompassing 37.50 hours per week, for the '24-'25 academic year.

Opportunities for virtual or onsite teaching.

Assistance provided to teachers in reading, science, and math instruction.

Multiple openings available for the upcoming school year.

Interviews will be conducted in May for positions starting in the '24-'25 school year.
