Job Description

Responsibilities

· Make sales product demonstrations and or presentations to prospective customers remotely, at businesses, trade shows, and exhibits.

· Establish and deliver on a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion and expand existing accounts with purpose, driving customer success and predictable year over year ARR growth.

· Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.

· Analyzes global and regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities.

· Assess and drive innovative pricing strategies.

· Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.

· Ensures that the sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal.

· Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of a sales department.

· Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing.

· Establishes and reports on metrics to measure sales performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.

· Develop an understanding of and stay current with the competitive landscape.

· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

· Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.

· Plan and manage at both the strategic and sales operational levels.

· Utilizes advanced offering knowledge and understanding of the customer’s business to develop customized proposals.

· Develop a thorough understanding of Softek Export suite of product offerings.

· Requires strong knowledge of creating and scoping proposals (RPF, RFI) and professional services SOW documents.

· Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics and policies.

Requirements

· BA/BS degree.

· SaaS and B2B experience is a must.

· Demonstrated progressive, global enterprise sales leadership and operations experience within the software industry.

· Process, data driven sales operations background. Strong experience building track-able, repeatable sales processes.

· Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and sell.

· Experience selling to Life Science, Manufacturing and related industries is a plus.

· Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.).

· Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team.

· Prior employment in technology consulting, open source software or software development is highly desired.

· Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership.

· Deep experience selling into accounts in core markets.

· Experience managing and writing proposals.

· Experience doing innovative sales product presentations.

· Ability to travel as needed.

· 10+ years of experience in a similar position.Company Description
