Soliant Health seeks a motivated Occupational Therapist for a school based opening in the King City, CA area. In this opening the OT will be delivering services to school aged students ranging from grades K-12. Exact caseload details will be given on zoom interview with director. Please see below:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities, considering environmental factors and personal goals.

Use standardized assessments, clinical observations, interviews, and medical records to gather information and establish a baseline for treatment planning.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, client goals, and evidence-based practices, incorporating therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies.

Implement interventions and techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care abilities, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.

Use adaptive equipment and assistive technology to enhance clients' independence in daily activities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Valid state OT license.
