1.) 7+ years of experience with full stack java/j2ee technologies with strong experience with spring frameworks/models. They must have extensive experience working with Spring Framework--- working with MVC, Boot, Batch, Spring security, integration and Web Services.

2.) Experience within soap and rest web services, consuming and creating we services. They must have experience with web security and microservices.

3. Experience with external facing applications within financial services would be ideal to understand the security guidelines (standard vulnerabilities) How to handle performance issues.

Job Description

The Client is the second largest bank in deposits, home mortgage servicing, and debit cards. Wholesale Banking Technology is looking for Developer that will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing applications for a recently acquired Equipment Finance Online Banking platform. This individual will also help with long term technology strategy and will work closely with the business and technology partners throughout. The Developer will need to be hands-on, and demonstrate the ability to apply core development principles, practices, and procedures to multiple applications. The team is looking for someone who is flexible and can wear multiple hats throughout the SDLC, helping ultimately drive the successful delivery of end-to-end applications.

Following the acquisition, there are currently 57 applications across the Commercial Lending business that will be a part of a 3-5 year consolidation and optimization effort. Projects will include a mix of new development and upgrades to the client facing applications, and the build out of capabilities that can be integrated and used across different applications.

Multi- location team. Half the team will sit in Boston, other half of the team will be co-located across the country

This is a team that came over as the acquisition for capital purchased the systems that support those accounts and standing up the applications that support. There are two CRUCIAL applications - My Accounts (external application) and EPay-operations (internal) and Web services. If they don't properly stand up these applications and follow regulations and compliance their consumer base will decline, resulting in less profit for the company and angry shareholders.
