Flash Flyer Publications, now in our 31st year of direct mail advertising, we are currently seeking two outside seasoned advertising sales executive. Our home office is located in the city of Wentzville, MO. Just minutes from West County area.

Qualifications:

This candidate should be Ambitious, a Quick Learner, Self Starter, with Excellent Communication Skills that is looking for a Career.

This individual will have the opportunity to take charge of their own future income.

The experienced sales professional we hire will be given an advertising sales territory located in the St. Charles or West County area.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining existing accounts within the sales territory.

Sales experience and knowledge in how to close a sale, along with maintaining long term relationships with these businesses is a MUST.

Company orientation, training and account development is given, as needed, to the chosen candidate.

A good driving record and dependable transportation is required.

Hours; Day's 9 to 5, no weekends, no holidays. We offer two types of earning programs; 1.) Starting base pay of $2000.00 monthly, 24,000K annually, plus commission, mileage, vacation and excellent office support. 2 plus years of outside sales experience required. Option 2.) Part-time option, 25hrs per week, lower base pay, same commission level. 3.) Higher commission level, lower base pay, 4 to 6 years of outside sales experience required. Compensation: A seasoned sales professional can except to earn between 42 to 60K your first year.

This is a W-2 Employment position. Full time is 35 to 40hrs per week.
