Banking / Teller / Accounting Support
Bank Teller and Back-Office Accounting Assistant (w/ Fiserv)
Up to $22.00 per hour plus full benefits
As Bank Teller and Back-Office Accounting Assistant, you will:
Join a small local bank
Provide a combination of customer-facing Teller and back-office support
Provide customer service to clients
Administer transactions on behalf of customers such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing
Answer the main line and provide phone-based support to customers
Assist customers with making changes and adjustments to their accounts
Handle back-office activities
Reconcile/balance accounts and the ATM/Vault
Enter and process wire transactions
Perform additional document review, document control and document processing activities
Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
Escalate complex issues as necessary
Uphold quality and compliance standards
Handle special projects
Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
At least 2 years of Bank Teller experience
Cash Handling / Cash Control experience
Customer Service skills
A High School Diploma or Equivalent
With:
The willingness and ability to have a rotating schedule for every other Saturday (8:45a - 1:00p)
