We are looking for a 100% remote Federal HR Specialists to join our amazing team!

To be successful in this role, you would have direct experience working within federal HR staffing either as a contractor, or as a federal employee within the 201 job series.

Responsibilities: You may be tasked to operate a portion of or the full end-to-end duties of federal staffing including:

Conducting job analysis

Developing questionnaires and specialized experience.

Merit and DEU job announcement development

Adjudicating applicants for various GS positions.

Issuing certificates of eligibles.

Adjudicating veterans preference and merit eligibility claims.

Auditing selections, extending job offers and onboarding federal new hires.

You may be asked to code SF-52s or to conduct QC and approve personnel actions, using various federal systems.

Mentoring junior staffers

Self - auditing work or auditing work of others.

Requirements:

MUST BE DEU CERTIFIED, or obtain before beginning work.

Staffing experience must have been within last 2 years.

Hands-on experience with USA STAFFING-upgrade or Monster

Must show professional flexibility to work within ANY phase of the staffing and recruitment process, with little to no supervision.

Provide excellent customer service skills and responsiveness.

Must be available for a full-time 40 hour/week schedule (some projects allow Part-Time)

Ability to work in high volume, production settings, and manage a high case load.

Proven work experience as federal HR Specialist (private sector experience does not qualify)

Knowledge of the OPM qualifications standards and classification standards

Solid understanding of Delegated Examining (DE) procedures and application

Experience with full cycle federal recruiting and onboarding

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good problem-solving abilities

Time management skills

Ability to work unsupervised
