HVAC installation manager

Job Description

Chapman Heating and Cooling is a 44 year company looking to hire an HVAC residential and light commercial installation manager! This position will be to manage the retrofit installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews, ordering and purchasing procurement. Daily oversight of all ongoing jobs and future jobs. This position can likely grow into some new construction management if desired! Applicant would be expected to have clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. We offer great benefits, tools, take home vehicle, phone, tablet, uniforms, and whatever needed for you to suceed! Hours are 7-4pm Mon-Friday with some overtime during peak seasons.
