Job Title: Full Stack Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in full stack development to lead our IT projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to effectively coordinate and manage development teams, resources, timelines, and budgets. This role requires the ability to understand both front-end and back-end development processes, as well as proficiency in managing various project management methodologies.

Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

The management of the entire software development process, from conception to deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in coordination with development teams.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and innovation.

Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full stack development and project management.

Full-stack developer skills and qualifications:

Front-end technology: They should know basic front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge about validation, responsiveness, and user experience is a must. They should know at least one framework such as Angular, React, Vujes, Backbonjes, jQuey.

Back-end technology: They must know about APIs, databases, and server configuration. They must have knowledge of at least one backend framework, such as Django, Spring,.Net, Express.js, or Rails, as well as at least one backend language, such as PHP, Java, C#, Ruby, or Python.

Database and cache: Knowledge of DBMS systems, such as SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL, as well as caching technologies like Redis, Memcached, and Varnish.

Design: They should have knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.

Server: working with Nginx or Apache servers and having a strong Linux foundation.

Soft Skills :

Excellent management and communication abilities.

The capacity to more quickly adapt to new technology, concepts, approaches, and environments.

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A willingness to learn and an improving mindset.

Understanding of the app’s or product’s non-functional features, such as security, automation, testing, performance, and optimization.

Skills in resource management and leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.

Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

Prior experience in IT project management or software development leadership roles is preferred.
