Position Overview:

Oversee and coordinate the planning, organization, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs

Ensure that all customers feel welcome and that they receive competent, friendly and courteous service at all times.Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served in accordance with the restaurant's standard recipes, rationing, cooking and service.

Achieve company goals in sales, service, quality, store appearance, and sanitation and cleanliness through employee training and creating a positive and productive work environment.

Control cash and other income by adhering to management and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

Cover where and when necessary to ensure guest service standards and operational efficiency.

Continually seek the development of its staff in all areas of administrative and professional development.

Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and up-to-date manner.

Ensure that all work equipment is kept clean and in excellent operating condition through personal inspection and in accordance with the restaurant's preventive maintenance programs.

Ensure that all products are received in the correct form and quantity and that deliveries are made in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures.

Monitor and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance evaluations are followed and completed within the deadline.

Coordinate labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost targets are met.

Know restaurant policies concerning personnel and manage promptly, fairly, and take consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.

Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations relating to the health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.

Report and execute the marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns of the restaurant developed by the corporate office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,400.00 - $40,000.00 per year
