Machine Inserter Operator

Job Description

We are seeking Automated Assembly Inserter Operators to join our newly constructed Lewisville, TX team! You will execute day-to-day requirements in the Mail-Print Production area with an emphasis on consistent quality. The Inserter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used to fold, match, and insert multiple pieces of printed material into an envelope.

Duties Include:

Execute job setup, operation, and production planning to meet demanding client deliverables

Apply problem-solving and analytical skills during production runs

Perform shipping, receiving, material handling, and picking of raw materials and finished goods per daily production schedules

Keep work area in order and staged, following defined safety regulations

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment and identify any needed repairs

Anticipate potential production bottlenecks or backlogs and provide solutions to avoid delays

Qualifications:

High School or GED equivalent

Prior experience operating high speed printers and/or inserters

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to handle physical workload, including standing for long periods of time

Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A background verification and drug screening must be completed

Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift 12:00pm-8:30pm
