Job Description
Law office is seeking a a responsible and self motivated individual to work as a part time secretary for our office. Work will be preformed in Harlingen, Texas You will perform clerical and administrative functions and assist with electronic filings in order to drive firm success. Part time position to be filled for Monday and Tuesday 1 to 5 pm and Thursday 8 to 5 pm. Possibility of turning into full time position down the road for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
