Drake’s top client – luxury integrated resort and casino complex is hiring an HR Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Paranaque City.

Core functions:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong foundation in Human Resources. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with the company's goals and values. You will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with the company's goals and values.

o Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in HR policies and procedures.

o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

o Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

o Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

o Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees.

o Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

o Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts.

o Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

o Source and screen candidates.

o Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.

o Develop an onboarding program to ensure new employees have a positive transition into the company.

o Coordinate onboarding activities, including training, orientation, and introductions.

o Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

o Identify training needs and develop programs to address those needs.

o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment laws, tax laws, and benefits laws.

o Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in compliance.

o Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

o Develop programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

o Conduct surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

With 15 years in general human resources and 5 years in a managerial position.

Worked in startup or shared service companies and in a multinational environment.

Skilled in leading a team and in taking initiatives.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work onsite in Paranaque City.

Able to work in flexible hours to support offices in Sri Lanka and Cyprus.
