Position: Application Architect

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: 1 Year

Responsibilities:

Manage software development projects: Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications.

Mandatory experience leading projects implementing various data and digital projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Work closely with business, vendors, software developers, testers, and project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action as necessary.

Ensure software applications are developed and integrated to required quality standards, implementing quality control processes, and resolving defects identified during testing.

Manage stakeholder expectations and keep them informed of project progress.

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

12+ years of experience in software development and project management.

Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Strong technical knowledge of software development and integration processes.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Project Management certification.

Experience with project management tool JIRA.

Knowledge of Change & Incident Management process.

Excellent communication and people skills.
