Performance Engineer

Job Experience: 5 to 7 years

Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Skills Required:

Experience in Performance testing/engineering hybrid applications

Hands-on JMeter scripting experience for UI(Selenium Webdriver) and API validation. Experience with Groovy/Javascript/Beanshell (Any 2) expected

Solid Experience with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, ThousandEyes,New Relic

Experience in building dashboards and monitoring using AWS Cloudwatch

Experience in AWS Key Services and related DevOps tools

Experience with profiling tools(any) such as JProfiler, Dottrace or similar

Experience in building/developing and enhancing Performance Test Automation Framework and Test Suites

Experience in conducting Performance audits for overall application performance and test processes

Hands-on experience in configuring JMeter (and similar tools)

Exposure to Programming and scripting language skills (Java, JavaScript Framework(React, Angular etc),Python

Experience using tools like Azure DevOps,Jira & Confluence(or similar)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive the Automation development and adoption agenda

Strong motivational and self-leading/management skills

Desired skills

Experience with running Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud native development frameworks

Google Analytics/Looker Studio

Grafana,Kibana, LogAnalytics Dashboards

Experience in creating inhouse tools and enhancements
