Role Overview:

Brand Partnership Executive at Influir Media plays a pivotal role in driving the agency's expansion and revenue streams within the advertising industry. This position requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, possessing a deep understanding of lead generation, B2B sales methodologies, and effective company marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential brand partners.

Create comprehensive partnership proposals outlining the benefits and opportunities of collaborating with our brand.

Engage in negotiations with potential brands to secure favorable terms and conditions for partnership agreements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships. Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to develop and execute partnership initiatives. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and activations in collaboration with brands.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives, tracking key metrics and performance indicators. Use data insights to optimize partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to brands. Leverage insights to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven track record in business development, brand partnerships, or sales within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.

2+ years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in the digital media or advertising industry.

In-depth understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and branding trends.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Prior experience in the influencer marketing agency is a plus.
