Responsibilities
Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand generation, content creation, product marketing, event management, marketing operations
Building and Strengthening of the mjunction brand, position the organization as a thought leader in space of e-marketplace
Research and gather target customer data to define the product positioning and communication strategy
Develop marketing communications and content assets to drive reach, demand, engagement and loyalty
Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans in coordination with the sales team; be responsible for generating qualified leads for sales
Leverage marketing automation - implement and manage the marketing technology stack
Build long-term strategies for customer marketing and lead the marketing team in execution over the short/medium term
Robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
Deliver Marketing outcomes within financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and monitoring results
Plan and lead implementation of promotions and other value-perception drivers to trigger customer adoption
Work closely with Analytics team to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights for customer acquisition
Candidate specifications:
10 years with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a lead role in the Marketing space
Experience in driving Product Marketing, Demand Generation or Growth functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Leadership/people skills
Exposure to marketing automation tools
B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing experience preferred
