Job Purpose -
Provide leadership to the administration, business development, learning and research activities of the Munjal Institute for Global Manufacturing.
Job Outline -

relationships with government, public sector undertakings, and corporations and sign MoUs. Ensure that MoUs are tracked and the activities are delivered.

Job Specification -
Qualification - Ph.D/Master’s degree in a field related to one or more of the Manufacturing sectors such as Operations, Supply Chain and logistics.
Technical - Excellent business development skills, expertise in budget preparation and financial analysis, ability to secure research grants, learning design, and process management. Networking ability with the government, policymakers, professional bodies, and industry.
Behavioural - Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience - 15 to 20 years

Internal -
Coordinating with faculty, Academic Support & Administration, Executive Education, Operations, Finance, and HR teams for the day-to-day activities and requirements of the Institute
Interactions with students/student clubs and participants of the institute programs to work on any possible event or research where they can participate.
Coordination with the affiliate faculties of the centre for their research.
External -
Liaison with any external organisation/body for sourcing joint research, conferences/events.
Look out for any possible tie-ups with research and educational institutes for long-term collaboration.
Outreach for grants for possible funding of projects
Own and enable the Eminent Speaker Series for the Institute
