G Leathers Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are a highly driven individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients by researching and analyzing market trends and competitor activity

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies

- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in same industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
