Job Description: VisionPLUS developer/Lead

for a proficient Visionplus Developer to design and develop software solutions within the Visionplus framework.

knowledge of Visionplus modules and development expertise required.

Overall Responsibilities:

years hands on experience in VisionPlus

for monitoring and providing solutions for Production and UAT Incidents.

on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.

be able to work independently and escalate if the issue is not resolved on time.

analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and provide fixes for that.

with multiple teams to provide technical know-how and solutions to complex business problems.

client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team.

functional and technical guidance to the Business Analysts and Developers

in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing and in production.

in the implementation and stabilization of the solution.

Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsystems, Batch processing

Technical Skills:

on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.

Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsystems, Batch processing

in Mainframe - JCL, COBOL, VSAM and CICS

in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban

Flex experience is preferrable.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree in from an accredited institution.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
