The Productivity Enablement (Productivity) team is responsible for identifying, sizing and prioritizing productivity initiatives across the enterprise. The team provides internal consulting support to business and finance teams by conducting several benchmarking and competitive intelligence projects focused on improving P&L productivity. The team is also responsible for evaluating areas of opportunity to deliver productivity using AI across the company.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Analyst to support the Productivity team. This role will primarily be responsible in identifying large productivity impact areas for the company across business functions with a specific focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence to drive productivity across the enterprise. The Productivity lead analyst has a seat at the table and will work with business leaders to challenge the status quo and deep dive to solve complex business problems and identify sustainable long-term productivity initiatives. This role requires a self-starter with strong analytics acumen, technical and functional expertise in Artificial Intelligence and problem-solving skills. This is an Individual Contributor role and will be involved in business projects and financial analysis across various functions in the organization.

The Lead Analyst should have knowledge and hands on experience to play the following role:

Work with large, complex, and disparate data sources to draw meaningful inferences and insights

financial analysis including sensitivity analysis to evaluate near-term and sustainable long-term productivity opportunities with a focus on AI led initiatives

support on opportunity identification, sizing, prioritization, and cost/benefit scenarios

with finance teams to provide ad-hoc decision support by leveraging analytics concepts

competitive intelligence and business research projects focused on retail best practices

and experience with complex data and AI tools, curious about technology applications

to Ideation and execution of projects

100% accuracy and timely analysis

business partners to make informed decisions based on root cause drivers of performance by working with functional partners to develop and maintain scorecards, analyzing and providing insights and performance analysis

grasps the business problem and translates into tangible, usable actionable outputs

with team members to understand the business problem to conduct effective analysis to address various business requirements

Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organizing resources and information; openly sharing information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; influencing others through technical explanations and examples; seeking performance feedback; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback

Qualifications & Qualities:

MBA (Finance) or B.E./B.Tech

6+ years of relevant experience, prior experience in consulting whether finance or business preferred.

Retail and/or Supply chain background preferred.

Hands-on experience in leading/delivering business solutions using AI/ML tools.

Strong data collection, collation, and cleansing skills

Strong business understanding and know-how

Strong influencing abilities

Strong project management, co-ordination, planning and facilitating skills

Strong communication skills – being able to manage upward, peers and offshore teams. Being able to translate business requirements to actionable deliverables

Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel/ MS Office

Knowledge of automation techniques using tools such as VBA/Business Intelligence tools/Python etc.

Strong understanding/ querying using SQL
