Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Growth to lead our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing initiatives. The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving growth across all ecommerce channels, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ecommerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute growth strategies for all ecommerce channels, (Marketplaces, Beauty.com, Quick Comm, D2C, e-Pharmacy) to drive sales and market share.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for ecommerce operations, digital marketing campaigns and performance analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT & supply chain to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

Drive innovation in ecommerce strategies, including quick commerce (Q-commerce) initiatives, to capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences.

Optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and other channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Utilize data analytics and insights to identify opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage expertise and resources for effective execution of growth strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Develop & monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics related to ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with the leadership team to present growth strategies, performance updates, and recommendations for business expansion.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

10-12 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and growth-focused roles, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets across ecommerce channels and digital platforms.

Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

In-depth knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces, quick commerce concepts, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and drive results with a sense of urgency.
