What will you do?

We're seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Operations Specialist to work remotely as the operational backbone for our Account Executives. You will focus on fulfilling client requests for custom audience creation and activation, helping facilitate and troubleshoot PMP deals across multiple platforms, and uploading campaigns on the Yahoo! DSP platform. You will help generate cross-platform reports and evaluate trend changes. Your work is crucial for ensuring that our solutions are effective and efficiently delivered. You'll become proficient in our internal tools and work across multiple platforms with multiple stakeholders.

The working hours are aligned with the US East Coast timezone.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Audience Creation: Translate audience requests into actionable segments using our pre-built taxonomy and 1st party building blocks. Employ creative reasoning to suggest custom solutions from scratch when necessary.

Audience Activation: Ensure audiences are activated on various 3rd party platforms (Liveramp, Trade Desk, C-grid, Openx, Equativ, etc.) and confirm their delivery to the client's platform.

PMP deal setup: Set up and Troubleshoot PMP deals that include both media and start.io’s 1st party data (curation) across multiple platforms.

Campaign creation across Yahoo! and Start.io DSPs: help create and facilitate campaigns for fully managed media clients.

Reporting – Generate and aggregate reports from curation and DSP platforms both to be used internally and for external clients.

Process Management: Maintain robust processes to fulfill account executive requests quickly and accurately, with meticulous attention to detail.

Client Communication: Coordinate via email with clients to understand their needs and ensure proper communication and delivery

Internal Collaboration: Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure client objectives and capabilities are aligned.

Tool Proficiency: Become an expert in our internal and external tools.

Task Management: Efficiently manage your workload through internal tools, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Flexibility to work with the east coast US time zone

Self-motivated: Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines, especially in a remote work environment.

Detail-oriented: You thrive in roles that require meticulous attention to detail.

Process-Driven: You are comfortable with repetitive tasks and can manage a multitude of processes without letting anything slip.

Bonus: Previous experience in data, agency, and/or digital advertising roles and familiarity with Salesforce.
