Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Panels Bidding Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding process for clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities to effectively identify bidding opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and win bids in a competitive market landscape.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic bidding strategies to maximize the company's success rate and achieve revenue targets.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform bid preparation and positioning.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and panel management teams, to align bidding efforts with business objectives and client needs.

Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications and requirements.

Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities to optimize bidding tactics and maximize competitive advantage.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to bidding activities, including win rate, revenue generated, cost per acquisition, and bid-to-win ratio.

Provide regular reports and updates on bidding performance, market insights, and industry developments to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to enhance the company's reputation and expand bidding opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in bidding management, business development, or sales within the market research industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of online market research methodologies, and industry best practices.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and engage with clients effectively.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth through successful bidding activities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bidding management software/tools.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
