Material Coordinator

Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Coordinator for our Duxford, UK location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Liaise with operations to prioritise the work plan each week.

Ensure raw materials are kitted up and ready for the start of the next job.

Complete final issues and adjust finished quantities at the end of each job.

Ensure excess to requirement raw materials are returned to the warehouse at order completion.

Carry out stock checks and ensure stocks are kept accurate.

Print hazard and general labels.

Check all workcentre paperwork for errors and follow up and monitor as necessary.

Qualifications:

Must be capable of creating and updating spreadsheets.

Must be computer literate and have a sound knowledge of AX2012.

Must have a good understanding of production processes.

Must be capable of expressing themselves orally and in writing.

Must be able to carry out general mathematical calculations.

Have a good level of reading comprehension to understand written instructions.

Must be self-motivated and well organized.

Open to change and keen on continuous improvement.
