Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Maintenance and regular updation of network master all India

Dealer quality/ health index management – Design of Process Note and Execution

Dealer R& R program ie Dealer excellence and Evaluation Program (DEEP) - Design of Process Note and Execution

Digital Dealer on-boarding homologation, resignation and termination

Online Dealer contract management ( New Dealer Agreement/ Renewals )

Development of CI Norms and upgradation

Critical Dealer Profitability study

Coordination with legal on Dealership termination etc

Analysis and improvement of LMM exclusive and AD dealers throughout.

Coordinating with agencies for Dealer scouting leads generation Digital or Print media.

Coordination with other agencies like Uniforms vendor, CI kits, Layout vendors, Vahan Portal Vendor etc

Agency Monthly bill settlement

Creation and Maintenance Monthly Vahan Markets share data

Competition Intelligence and tracking. Inputs to leadership team.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

MBA; Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering

General Experience

Minimum experience of 5-8 years is required in related domain
