Roles& Responsibilities:

Experience in Healthcare or Life sciences Industry delivery Operations and in creating Healthcare specific Solutions

Overall 10+ years of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment in the Healthcare domain

At least 7+ years in solutions roles handling RFPs, RFXs

Deep domain expertise of the US Health Insurance industry and hand on with healthcare terminology, regulations, compliance standards, ICD-10 coding and industry trends

Health Insurance assembly line (Claims, Enrolments, Data Entry, others)

Appeals & Grievances, Audits, Platform migrations, Plan Testing

Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in hospital networks

Excellent Written, Oral and analytical skills coupled with excellent Presentation creation skills

Good MS Word, Excel, MS Visio, PowerPoint experience .

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and email etiquette skills

Strong communication skills

Strong Analytical & Research skills

Independent thinker

Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with minimal support and supervision

Qualification:

MBA
