Are you a leader of your own real estate team? We’re looking for leaders who like Matt Megel who started his career in 2008 with negative money in his bank account and has now created a million-dollar GCI business while also leading CAZA's top hyperlocal real estate expansion in Gainesville, VA.

Must be a licensed agent with real estate experience*Compensation:

$150,000+ annuallyResponsibilities:

Be there for your clients: provide them with your best service and advice to nurture your relationship, so they come back to you and refer new clients

Keep up with local knowledge

Focus on hyperlocal real estate

Consult with buyer and seller clients to know their needs and close the deal

Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Mentor agents

Master P& L

Qualifications:

You complete tasks quickly and efficiently

You have 2+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry

40+ transactions a year

You are familiar with CRMs

You are team-oriented

You love to learn and grow

You are determined to succeed
