JOB DESCRIPTION

General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard

Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff

Meet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction

Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account

Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy

Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account

Respond to situation quickly

Ability to read and write detail reports

Enforce client procedures, regulation and standards

Supervise 14 Armed security officers

Coordinate weekly and monthly supervisors meetingsQUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

Arkansas security license or ability to obtain one

Prior law enforcement, military or armed security experience is required

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time

Valid driver's license and cleaning driving along with reliable transportation

Availability for additional coverage at client accounts when needed

Demonstrate a stable work history

At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsGeneral Qualifications to work as an Account Manager at GardaWorld include:

Pass an extensive screening process

Possess at least an associate's degree

Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience preferably in security

Legally authorized to work in the United States
