BlueTeam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, have a keen eye for design aesthetics, and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their work across various mediums. From concept to execution, the Graphic Design Intern will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual who can manage a wide range of projects.

What you’ll do….

Design Creation: Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, packaging, and website assets

Conceptualization: Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to conceptualize and brainstorm creative ideas that align with our brand identity and company objectives

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all platforms to maintain brand integrity and enhance brand recognition

Adaptability: Adapt designs to meet the specific requirements of different mediums and channels while maintaining visual coherence and effectiveness

Image Editing: Utilize photo editing software to enhance images, retouch photos, and create visually impactful compositions

Feedback Incorporation: Receive feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to refine and improve designs until they meet project requirements and expectations

Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines

Perform other duties and assignments as required

What you’ll need…

Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience building digital and print marketing materials

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management softwareEducation and Experience

Recent graduate, junior or senior student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Relative experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment
