Business Function

The HR COO function is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's human resources operations, the HR COO function plays a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and support its growth trajectory. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic team member to join our HR Chief Operating Officer (COO) function.

Responsibilities

Develop campaigns intended for both internal and external candidates to enhance DBS’ employee value proposition

Ideate, develop and produce content for digital and social media platforms, Manage Key Award Categories

Work with other teams to develop an integrated communications brief, organize planning sessions within the Employer Brand team (and with other teams) to analyze, ideate, plan and execute campaigns related to building the DBS employer brand, employee engagement or recruitment marketing.

Successfully monitor the existing and the new HR Analytical tools to enhance the usage and enable teams to maximize the outcomes

Support HR COO to drive central projects and employee journeys

Drive various Initiatives under DEI Agenda

Closely work with the HR COO team in aligning the HR analytics practices as well as management of reporting dashboard.

Provide support to HR COO in managing the HR scorecard and functional reviews.

Create advanced reports and dashboards to facilitate faster decision making.

Display strong storytelling and articulation skills to convert analytical output into clear, concise and persuasive insights, Content Writing.

Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure execution of organisational deliverables in tandem with HR Stakeholders.

Requirements

MBA/ Qualification in HR with Min. 12-14 years of relevant experience

Branding/Digital Marketing/Employee Communications/PR/Advertising & Project management experience

Excellent communication skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders

Excellent negotiation, influencing, and planning skills

Excellent Delivery management skills

Attention to detail

Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions; Should have a strong mindset to handle issues & be able to think through a problem

Experience in using analytical tools and social media platforms.
