Front Desk Clerk/Receptionist

A fast-paced, well-established optometry office located in Spring, TX is looking for a high-energy front desk receptionist.

Responsibilities for the position include:

Answering a multi-line phone system;

Greeting and directing patients;

Check-in / out patients;

Dispensing of contact lenses;

Insurance verification;

Make appointments by phone/email.

Requirements:

Previous front desk experience required;

Need someone who has a strong commitment to customer service;

Able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
