Maintenance Manager Engineer Needed!

Skilled Maintenance Manager Engineer for Metal Stamping Plant

Immidiate hire! Salary range $110K - $130K, plus great benefits!

Day Shift: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for preventative maintenance, and general plant maintenance and repair with a focus on production machinery and mechanical systems. The maintenance department is responsible for all equipment and well as building facilities and systems.

For mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems, the Maintenance Manager must investigate and diagnose causes of breakdowns and develop solutions to reduce or eliminate future occurrences.

The Maintenance Manager must coordinate with manufacturing on the scheduling of down time for repair and maintenance

The Maintenance Manager must drive improvements that result in reduced downtime and improved efficiency.

The Maintenance Manager must manage spare parts inventory and source components, parts and equipment as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

3 years supervisory experience in a stamping operation is required.

A degree in engineering is required.

A minimum of five years as mechanical or engineering technician in a

manufacturing environment.

PLC installation and programming experience is required.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects to completion

Creative problem solver able to work independently and with a sense of urgency

Hands on experience with a wide range of production equipment.

Able to trouble shoot and repair equipment
