This job will be located in Delray Beach, FL
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Office Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing payroll entry and processing, answering phones and various other office clerical job duties. This is a very laid back office setting, with flexible work attire requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and process employee payroll data
Handle and manage employee inquiries regarding payroll
Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate personnel
Perform various other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Critical eye for accuracy and is highly organized
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and complete job duties in a timely manner
Highly motivated self-starter
Bilingual in Spanish very helpful
Previous payroll and office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes.
