Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the coordination and organization of the office processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Enter and compile data for electronic filing system
Verifies and reviews correspondence
Organizes, coordinates, and maintains general office records
Order and distribute office supplies.
Assists in coordinating special meetings and events.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio (as applicable), preferred.
1 – 2 years’ experience
