1-Must have 3-5 years of Industrial HVAC Pipe Estimating experience.

2-Must have a proven track record of competitive bidding..

3--Able to prepare detailed competitive cost estimates based on plans and specs.

4- Able to price change orders based on materials, labor impact as well as unit pricing.

5--Able to price bulletins, addendums

6-Able to generate RFI's

7-.Familiar with Alteration & Renovation HVAC Pipe estimating..

8- Familiar with Procore and other estimating systems.
