TCH is looking for an experienced Direct Support Provider (DSP) to schedule, coordinate and attend medical appointments for supported individuals resigning in a group home. The position requires a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field. Must be at least 21 years of age with an AZ Driver’s License and a 39-month clean driving record and have the ability to pass required background checks.
