Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers over the phone. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Identify and address customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.

Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different customer inquiries.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Achieve set targets and objectives within specified timeframes.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Stay updated on product/service knowledge and be able to answer customer queries effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent,

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales or telemarketing.

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
