Role : ASIC -Talent Acquisition Specialist (Grade 9/10)

Experience : 4 to 8 Years of Hands-on experience in Semiconductor Talent Acquisition is a MUST (Semiconductor hiring is not the same as embedded or IT)

Job Location : Bangalore/Ahmedabad/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai

Skills & Abilities Required :

Strong understanding of semiconductor chip design services domain

Ability to go beyond job portals and tap into right talent pool for semiconductor skills, and headhunt passive candidates

In depth understanding of ASIC Skills like : SOC Verification, Physical Design & DFT

Ability to sell the job and employer brand to candidates.

Proven track record of closing positions across SOC Verification, Physical Design & DFT

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
