Senior Manager - Legal

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior legal leadership role, preferably within a global organization.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

Strong background in real estate law, corporate law, commercial transactions and cross boarder transactions.

Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and managing complex legal matters

Oversee and manage legal matters across all business units

Provide strategic legal advice to the executive leadership team and other stakeholders.

Mitigate legal risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.

Strong stakeholder engagement management skills

Excellent communication (English-Arabic), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Experience in retail with leasing experience is a must and logistics, hospitality, and e-commerce industries are advantageous.

Could provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Manage and oversee litigation matters, working closely with external counsel

Develop strategies for resolving disputes and legal challenges in a cost-effective manner

Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting the organization.

Skills / Experience required to do the job

Saudi National (Male or Female)

Minimum 8 to 12 years’ experience.

Experience in Lease Agreement Drafting and Property Due Diligence would be an advantage

International experience preferred.

Command over Arabic & and English languages (Reading, written, and spoken)

Exceptional Written and verbal communication
