What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
· Develop sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to achieve distribution, display, and sales objectives within agreed cost levels.
· Contribute to formulating the Annual Sales Plan/Joint Business Plan and develop specific account annual activities to maximize coverage, sales, display, and distribution objectives towards mutually agreed targets.
· Plan and implement agreed growth targets for volume/value with nominated Key Accounts, monitoring and maximizing return on trade investment budgets.
· Negotiate trade terms and maintain/build long-term relationships with customers.
· Think creatively to drive market momentum and synergy with customers.
· Ensure effective involvement and close communication with internal stakeholders including Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain functions/supporting teams.
· Monitor, prepare, and submit periodic reports by reviewing and analyzing channel performance.
· Participate in periodic review/planning meetings.
· Conduct market research or sales analysis to explore new sales opportunities.
· Control trade spending and maximize business opportunities to ensure satisfactory product presence at shop fronts.
· Align pricing and promotion plans with other accounts to minimize channel conflict.
· Execute excellent planned promotion strategy and brand elements at the in-store level.
· Work closely with the merchandising team towards achieving specific merchandising and in-store promotional objectives for responsible accounts.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
· 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably with FMCG experience.
· Proficiency in Chinese and English, along with Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Qualifications
· Knowledge in supply planning and inventory management is an advantage.
· Evidence of success in negotiations or management with key customers.
· Analytical and influential with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to translate market intelligence into feasible business strategies.
· Sensitivity to market dynamics and numerical analysis.
· Helicopter view thinking.

Travel:
